From Tesla to Main Street
I worked on the Tesla Vision learning team under Andrej Karpathy's org, training the neural networks that power Tesla Autopilot and Full Self-Driving. I spent my days teaching machines to see the world — lane lines, stop signs, pedestrians, edge cases.
What I learned there changed how I think about automation: the best systems don't just follow rules — they learn, adapt, and get better over time.
When I left Tesla, I started an IT consulting practice in Lathrop, California. I saw small businesses — dental offices, HVAC companies, auto shops — struggling with the same things over and over: website problems, compliance issues, reviews they couldn't keep up with, social media that never got posted.
They couldn't afford a team. But a village? A village of specialists who never sleep, never forget, and never stop learning? That was possible.
Why "CC3PO"?
The name comes from my initials — C3PO — but it's also a nod to the most helpful droid in the galaxy. One who speaks millions of languages, understands every system, and is always there when you need help.
