CC3PO LLC provides AI-powered compliance scanning, IT management, voice agents, and related services. Our AI agents operate within constraints you define — nothing executes without your approval.

2. Human Oversight

All AI-generated recommendations require human approval before execution. CC3PO agents surface findings and propose actions — you make the final decision. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions that affect your systems, patients, or compliance posture.

3. HIPAA Compliance

Our scanner identifies potential gaps based on publicly available information. Scanner results are informational only and do not constitute legal or compliance advice. You should consult a qualified compliance professional before acting on scan results.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary outages beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription services are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. One-time purchases (e.g., Scanner 2.0) include ongoing updates for 12 months.

6. Limitation of Liability

CC3PO LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
